RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR:

  1. Team should provide their valid I D Cards, failing in which they will not be allowed to participate in the event.
  2. The Matches will be played on Knock Out basis
  3. All the matches will be played on the PES University Campus Ground
  4. The last date of submission of Registration form is on or before 10/01/2016 along with entry fee for cricket Rs. 2000
  5. No change of players shall be permitted during the tournament once the names in entry form have been submitted.
  6. Cricket matches will be played with the tennis ball (Wilson 4) will be provided by the organizers.
  7. The Cricket match will be played for 12 over’s, except finals, finals will be played for 15 over’s.
  8. Compulsory one lady staff should participate in playing 11.
  9. All the team players are supposed to play in proper team attires. Failing in which they will not be allowed to play (one color).
  10. In case of draw match in cricket shall be decided by super over.
  11. The teams should report to the venue 30 min before the scheduled time.
  12. No accommodation will be provided to the participating teams.
  13. The referee’s decision shall be final and binding as far as rules are concerned. Any miss behavior of any team members will lead to disqualification from the tournament.
  14. The Organizing committee reserves the right to alter rule or make amendments due to unforeseen circumstances at a later stage.
  15. Teams must be accompanied by the Team Manager and they shall be responsible for team’s behavior.
  16. Fixtures will be handed over to the team captains on the first day of tournament. No request for change of fixture will be entertained.
  17. Tennis Cricket Match ball (Wilson 4) team championship trophies for winners and runners, individual mementos & certificates for team members, mementos for outstanding players(best bowler, best batsman, man of the series, best catch of the tournament, man of the match for all matches).

  4. The last date of submission of Registration form is on or before 10/01/2016 along with the entry fee Rs. 1000/- (both Men&Women)
  5. Maximum number of players are 6,& minimum number of players are 3.
  6. Matches will be played on 1st Men singles,2nd Women singles, ,3rd Men doubles, 4th mixed doubles(Team event combined of both Men &Women).
  7. No change of players shall be permitted during the tournament once the names in entry form have been submitted.
  8. Badminton matches will be played with yonex mavis 350 fiber shuttles till quarter finals ,Semi finals & finals will be played with LI-NING Feather shuttles.(shuttles will be provided by the organizes).
  9. The Badminton match will be played best of 3 sets ( Men &Women singles, Men doubles and Mixed doubles).
  10. All the team players are supposed to play in proper team attires. Failing in which they will not be allowed to play (one color). Non mark able shoes compulsory
  11. The teams should report to the venue 30 min before the scheduled time.
  12. No accommodation will be provided to the participating teams.
